- How do I register?
- Registration is easy. Just click on the Register button and give us a few bits of information.
- Are there different kinds of accounts I can register for?
- Yes, you can register for a personal account and a corporate account. Having a corporate account allows you to use your company’s logos and corporate designs to send cards to customers or colleagues. You can register as many users as you’d like under a corporate account.
- What are the benefits of being a National Greetings member?
- There are several benefits including:
- Free Birthday Reminder Service lets you enter all your birthdays and other important dates in the calendar and we’ll email you reminders
- Future Delivery Service lets you schedule all your card deliveries for up to a year in advance and never worry about missing an important date again!
- Address Book Service lets you upload all your contacts in just a few easy steps
- Custom Design Service allows you to custom design your own card or have one of our designers custom design one for you if you don’t see one you like (extra charges apply)
- Card of the Month Club gives you card suggestions, our featured card of the month, and specials and promotions.
- Personal Accounting lets you pre-pay for as many cards as you would like. We keep track of the balance and it shows up each time you log in. This service works well for the busy executive who wants an assistant to order cards at various times for customers or colleagues, but doesn’t want the assistant to have access to their credit card information.
- What if I forget my password?
- Just click the Forgot Password link and we’ll email it to you instantly.
- Can I change my account information?
- Certainly. Just go into Account and you can edit anything from changing your personal mailing address to your email address, billing address, or credit card information.
- Is my personal information safe?
- National Greetings is completely committed to maintaining the safety of the personal information of our customers. We do not sell, re-sell, rent, or otherwise make your personal information—including information contained in your address book—available to anyone for any reason. You alone have access to that information through your password. For a complete definition of this please see our Privacy Policy.
- Can I put money in an account so I don't have to put it on my credit card every time?
- Yes. Simply go to "My Profile" and enter your credit card number. You will then see "Account Balance" and "Add Funds". You can add money to your account whenever you choose.
